One Dev Future Teams is part of One Developer LLC, with legal address at 1212 Via Di Salerno, Pleasanton, CA 94566 USA (“One Dev Future Teams” or “us”). We engage in software development and publication. In consideration of the good and valuable consideration set forth herein, we grant you (“you” or “user”) access to proprietary or licensed digital content: games and other interactive and/or entertainment‑related content, accessible via multiple platforms, including app stores, social networks, standalone websites, downloadable client software, relevant updates, and any virtual items you purchase within our software (collectively, the “Games”).

Part 1: Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) creates a binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and One Dev Future Teams and governs your use of our Games and other services (such as forums and support systems) (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading an app or game client, accessing our Games via a website or social network, or registering within our systems, you signify your agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Your relationship with One Dev Future Teams shall be governed exclusively by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may also enter into binding agreements with parties other than users for the benefit of users (third‑party beneficiary contracts). This applies where a paying party wishes to purchase virtual items for a user. In such cases, only the user may assert claims for the corresponding consideration against us.

App stores and platforms may make available legal documents governing your relationship with those stores and platforms.

You represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you do not meet the age requirement, you may participate in our Games only with appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian (who shall also be bound by these Terms). In addition, we may request satisfactory evidence of consent at any time.

Please read the Privacy Policy and these Terms carefully before you start using our Games. For example, Section 4 below contains important information about your withdrawal rights.

One Dev Future Teams reserves the right to modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time and may impose new or additional terms and conditions on your participation in our Games. You should review this webpage regularly for new versions. You may object to any changes within two weeks after publication by contacting our support team (see Section 3 for contact details). If you do not object within the two‑week period, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. Should you object within the two‑week period, we may terminate our Agreement with you in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement.

Part 2: Ownership and Licence

One Dev Future Teams hereby grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable, revocable limited licence to access our Games and to download and install client mobile and desktop applications solely for your non‑commercial entertainment use, provided you comply with these Terms. Your licence does not confer any title or ownership rights in the Games; the Games are licensed to you, not sold. Your licence to access each Game is conditional on your prior acceptance of these Terms and compliance with Section 5 – Acceptable Use Policy.

You may not reproduce any part of the Services in any form or by any means except as expressly permitted under these Terms. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, publicly perform or display, transmit, or otherwise exploit, adapt or publish the Games. Any such attempt would infringe the intellectual property and other rights of One Dev Future Teams and its licensors.

You may not use our trademarks or all Game content other than gameplay, including without limitation artwork, music, commercial imagery or third‑party user‑generated content, without our prior written consent. The foregoing licence shall terminate automatically if you cease to satisfy any of the above‑mentioned conditions.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, decompile, reverse‑engineer, disassemble, attempt to obtain the source code of the Games, modify or create derivative works based on our Games, any updates, or any part thereof (except and only to the extent that applicable law prohibits any such restrictions).

Use of the Games or related content outside the scope permitted under this Agreement is prohibited and would constitute an infringement of our intellectual‑property rights, which may give rise to civil and criminal sanctions, including potential monetary damages. Rights in trademarks, the Games and all related content vest in their respective owners and are protected under Lithuanian and international copyright, design, patent and trademark law, international treaties and other laws protecting intellectual‑property and related proprietary rights. You may not copy or download any content from our Services without our explicit authorisation. You shall not remove, obscure or alter any copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary‑right notices accompanying the Services.

Part 3: Games and Participation

Information about our Games, including features, gameplay, functions and system requirements, is available on our websites, app stores and other platforms. We continuously develop our Services in response to user interests and may therefore replace, add, remove, alter or modify our Games and their features at any time. Our Games are intended for use in their then‑current version, and One Dev Future Teams has no obligation to continue supporting or updating non‑latest versions of the Games.

Important: You expressly agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for any internet‑connection charges incurred while using our Services. Your in‑app purchases may incur third‑party transaction fees.

We are committed to improving your experience, which may involve adding new features and content to the game or removing existing features and content, always guided by user interests. For reasons including but not limited to system security, stability and multiplayer interoperability, we may need to update, create new versions or otherwise enhance Game content; accordingly, system requirements for participation may change over time. You consent to such automatic updates.

You understand that the various technologies implemented by One Dev Future Teams may not be identical across all platforms and that Game performance may vary depending on your computer and other devices.

Maintenance work may affect the availability of the Games, and we will carry out maintenance only after due consideration of user interests. Outages may also result from technical issues beyond our control.

Our Games are free‑to‑play, but you may purchase virtual items and virtual currency (“Virtual Items”) to enhance your gameplay experience and progression. Payment methods may vary depending on the app store or platform through which you make your purchase. Subject to Section 4 below, Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real‑world money or refunded. You acknowledge that you do not own Virtual Items but receive a limited licence to use them for specific gameplay purposes; accordingly, your right to use any Virtual Items is subject to these Terms. You have no minimum period of use for Virtual Items unless a specific minimum usage duration is explicitly stated in the Virtual‑Item description.

You agree that One Dev Future Teams retains the right to administer, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate Game elements in order to promote gameplay and multiplayer balance (such rights may include, without limitation, substantially increasing or decreasing the value, effect or functionality of Virtual Items, making them more or less common, or even removing them entirely). All Virtual Items are our property.

You acknowledge that our Games may contain information about other products, services or special offers. Such information forms part of our Games.

The Games may display advertisements for third‑party products and services. One Dev Future Teams is not responsible for the content of such advertisements that are not part of our Games. If you wish to opt out of receiving and/or viewing advertisements, you may notify One Dev Future Teams by email at [email protected].

Section 4: Withdrawal Rights

Some online app stores offer the option to withdraw from purchases made through that app store without stating reasons. Such refund policies may be published in the terms of use of the relevant app store. If you apply for and obtain a refund for an in‑Game purchase from an app store, we reserve the right:

to suspend your access to the Games / Game features in the event of frequent refunds or refunds sought for fraudulent purposes; and/or

to cause your virtual‑currency balance to become negative.

We may notify you regarding the reversal of Virtual Items.

For residents of European Union Member States only: If you are located in a European Union Member State, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made from us within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date of purchase.

Section 5: Acceptable Use Policy

User‑Generated‑Content (UGC) Policy

You must not submit User‑Generated Content that: (i) is offensive, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, abusive, indecent, pornographic, harassing, hateful or otherwise violates any law; (ii) is fraudulent or misleading; (iii) is protected under applicable copyright law, infringes trade secrets, or otherwise violates any person’s privacy, property or other rights; (iv) solicits advertising or business, funds, products or services; or (v) impersonates another person or infringes a third‑party’s privacy.

We reserve the right (but shall have no obligation) to determine whether any User‑Generated Content (UGC) submitted by you complies with these Terms and may, in our sole discretion, remove such UGC and/or suspend or terminate the Agreement with the relevant user.

One Dev Future Teams has no obligation or capacity to pre‑screen User‑Generated Content (UGC) and does not warrant the accuracy, quality or completeness of any UGC communicated via the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that you may be exposed to content you find offensive or objectionable.

Communication‑Channels Policy

The Services may provide communication channels such as forums, communities or chat areas for you to interact with others. One Dev Future Teams is not obligated to monitor these communication channels but may do so and reserves the right to moderate and delete materials posted on these channels at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion. One Dev Future Teams may also terminate or suspend your access to any channel at any time without prior notice, on grounds including but not limited to complaints from other users about your use of vulgar language or posting of threatening or abusive content. You acknowledge that chats, posts or materials published by users on the channels are not endorsed or controlled by One Dev Future Teams and such communications shall not be deemed reviewed or approved by One Dev Future Teams. One Dev Future Teams shall not be liable for any activity taking place within the communication channels. These channels are public, and you should not expect privacy when using them. One Dev Future Teams is not responsible for any information you choose to share within the communication channels.

Game‑Play Policy

You agree to use the Services lawfully and to abide by the rules of use. Specifically, you agree not to use the Services for any of the following purposes:

To publish, upload, transmit or otherwise disseminate obscene, vulgar, profane, pornographic, sexual or otherwise offensive content;

To defame, libel, mock, track, threaten, harass, intimidate or mistreat any person in a hateful, racial, ethnic or other offensive manner;

To upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) viruses, trojans, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files or data, or any other software or programmes that may harm the operation of the Services or other users’ computers;

To infringe the contractual, personal, intellectual‑property or other rights of any party, including using, uploading, transmitting, distributing or otherwise making available information through the Services in a manner that infringes any party’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other rights (including rights of privacy or publicity);

To attempt to obtain other persons’ private information;

To misuse support channels or complaint buttons to make false reports to One Dev Future Teams;

To develop, distribute or inform other users about “automated” software programmes, “macro” software programmes or other “cheat‑tool” software programmes or applications;

To exploit, disseminate or inform others about any Game glitches, bugs or vulnerabilities to obtain unintended advantages;

To attempt to intercept, decrypt or interfere with any transmissions to or from One Dev Future Teams, or to breach or damage One Dev Future Teams’ servers;

To use the Services or any part thereof to offer in‑Game services such as levelling‑up and item‑collection services in exchange for any form of remuneration;

To transmit unauthorised communications via the Services, including spam, chain letters, junk mail and materials promoting malware, spyware and downloadable harmful content;

To transmit, provide or otherwise promote or support cheating, hacking, cracking, malware, viruses or other computer code, files or programmes designed to modify, damage, destroy, disrupt, alter or limit the functionality of the Games or any part thereof, to control any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment, or to interrupt users’ continued use and enjoyment of our Games;

To engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity that may alter the functions and parameters of the Services, including restoring consumed advantages and/or obtaining additional benefits, including benefits obtained without payment;

To perform any time‑manipulation (i.e. altering device settings so that the device clock is shifted forward by two or more days), which may result in obtaining extra advantages or extending the duration of in‑Game benefits;

To violate any terms of the Game Rules (if any);

To violate any applicable laws and regulations, or to promote or encourage any unlawful activity, including but not limited to hacking, cracking or distributing counterfeit software, Game cheats or hacking tools.

Game Rules and Sanctions

Any in‑Game rules, policies and restrictions (if any) (“Game Rules”) form part of these Terms.

You agree to comply with the Game Rules when using the Services. You hereby agree that violations of the Game Rules may result in sanctions imposed by One Dev Future Teams, including but not limited to:

In‑Game penalties without suspension;

Suspension of your access to the Games; and

Suspension of access to the Games on your specific device.

In‑Game sanctions are imposed in accordance with the Game Rules, depending on the nature, scope and frequency of the user’s violation. A user’s breach of the Game Rules constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Naming Policy

Nicknames, team names and other items or entities created or used by you within the Games must not:

Contain obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, offensive, harmful, sexually suggestive content, inappropriate references to human anatomy or bodily functions;

Promote drugs, profanity, anti‑LGBTQ+ sentiment, ethnic, racial or sexual hatred, or spread real‑world hostility towards a particular nationality, race or religion; under no circumstances may any name refer to the sexual orientation of yourself or other users;

Violate any applicable law;

Infringe third‑party intellectual‑property rights and/or geographical indications;

Advocate extremist or terrorist activities, justify such activities, or draw attention to the demands of extremist and terrorist organisations, groups and individuals;

Contain statements or information that disparage or offend public officials and/or any national symbols;

Include serial numbers, usernames and other means for unauthorised access to paid internet resources;

Contain statements or information that may disclose state or official secrets or other confidential information;

Include threatening, vulgar or defamatory content and suggestions that conflict with generally accepted moral standards, and misuse third‑party personal information (including but not limited to mentioning addresses, telephone numbers or other personal contact details without third‑party consent);

Consist solely of numbers, place names, political‑party names, well‑known titles and proper nouns;

Reflect, glorify or imitate any real‑world groups or organisations, historical events, sports teams, terrorist organisations, criminals, discriminatory organisations or other communities associated with negative connotations or crimes against humanity based on nationality, gender or religion, or their leaders and proxies (including the use of names of real‑world military, political or religious groups or figures);

Use other players’ character names for the purpose of impersonation.

Part 6: Termination and Cancellation

The Agreement between One Dev Future Teams and the user is effective for an indefinite term. Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving 14 days’ prior written notice (by letter or email). You may also terminate immediately by deleting the Game from your device or social‑network application.

Either party may terminate this Agreement without notice for cause. Grounds for termination include material breach of these Terms. If you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms, or if One Dev Future Teams has reasonable grounds to believe you have failed to comply with any provision, One Dev Future Teams may without notice: suspend your access to the Games and/or Game support services until the breach is remedied.

One Dev Future Teams reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time and shall incur no liability to you or any third‑party in exercising such rights.

Part 7: Use of Technical Data

You agree that One Dev Future Teams may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software and peripherals. Such information may be collected periodically to provide you with software updates, product support and other services (if any) related to the Games. One Dev Future Teams may use this information to improve its products or to provide services to you, provided that such information is not personally identifiable.

Information collected from users is subject to the policies applicable at the time from the relevant social network or app store. By using the Services, you authorise the social network or app store to share your email address and other personally identifiable information with One Dev Future Teams. We are committed to respecting your privacy and keeping your personal information confidential. We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before you start using the Services.

Part 8: Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: the Services are provided “as‑is”, and you use them at your own risk, with no warranties of any kind. One Dev Future Teams will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill but makes no further promises or guarantees with respect to the Services. In particular, One Dev Future Teams does not represent or warrant, and expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind relating to the Services, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties or conditions of quality, performance, non‑infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. One Dev Future Teams further does not represent or warrant that the Services will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete or error‑free, or that there will be no loss of data packets.

These Terms do not exclude liability for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability for harm to health, loss of life or non‑pecuniary damage suffered by users.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Dev Future Teams and its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of and access to the Services in breach of any of these Terms; (ii) your infringement of any third‑party rights, including but not limited to copyright, property or privacy rights; (iii) any UGC transmitted by you via the Services.

We shall not be in breach of any of our obligations under this Agreement if we are unable to provide the Services due to force‑majeure events.

Part 9: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all relations arising between One Dev Future Teams and you shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. If, at the time of concluding the Agreement with One Dev Future Teams, you are habitually resident in another European Union Member State, the mandatory provisions of that country shall apply.

To expedite resolution and reduce costs for any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any policy, document or agreement referenced herein (a “Dispute”), you and One Dev Future Teams agree to attempt informal negotiation of any Dispute for at least thirty (30) calendar days before commencing any arbitration, online‑dispute‑resolution or court proceeding, whether based on contract, tort, fraudulent misrepresentation, statute, common law, equity or any other legal theory.

Negotiations shall commence upon receipt of written notice of the Dispute. One Dev Future Teams will send notice to your email address and/or forward a copy to any email address you have provided (if applicable).

If the Dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree that all controversies related to the Games or Services shall be resolved on an individual basis only, without resort to any form of class action, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Part 10: General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the Game Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and One Dev Future Teams concerning use of the Services.

You may not assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder. One Dev Future Teams may assign any of its rights or obligations under these Terms to any third‑party without prior notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

No failure or delay by One Dev Future Teams in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms or applicable law shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

You acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms and understand all rights, obligations, terms and conditions set out herein. By clicking an “Accept” button and/or continuing to use the Services, you explicitly consent to abide by these Terms and grant One Dev Future Teams the rights set forth herein.
