Advertising partners may use certain unique mobile‑device identifiers to serve interest‑based advertisements. These identifiers remain consistent across applications to enable cross‑app tracking. An advertising ID is a non‑persistent identifier uniquely linked to your device (see the “Advertisers” section below for information on device‑level opt‑out options).
Usage information: Information regarding when and how you play and use Service features (including screen recordings captured while using the Services as explicitly described in this Privacy Policy, times when the Service is launched or closed, frequency of Service use, in‑game advertisements you view, ad impression counts, click counts, close counts, play session counts, in‑game preferences, etc.), as well as Service error logs.
No Collection of Special‑Category Information
We do not request or intentionally collect any “special‑category information”, such as data relating to health, race, religion, political opinions, philosophical beliefs or sexual orientation. Please exercise caution when using our Services and refrain from sharing such information about yourself or others.

To safeguard the security and fairness of the Services and their social features, combat fraud and enforce acceptable‑use standards:
We monitor usage of the Services and their social features. Chat content may be moderated either automatically or manually.
To prevent and/or detect unlawful activity, fraud or inappropriate conduct.
To take action against players engaging in fraud, misconduct and unlawful activities including hacking and cheating.
Where Your Information Is Held; Data Retention
We implement appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect the personal information we hold. Specific technical safeguards include data pseudonymisation, anonymisation, data‑retention policies and encryption for data in transit. Access to your personal information is restricted to personnel who reasonably need such access to carry out their job duties.
Data collected from you may be transferred to and stored in destinations outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Such data may also be processed by our employees, affiliates or third‑party service providers acting on our behalf outside the EEA. In such circumstances, we will put suitable safeguards in place, such as approved Standard Contractual Clauses. We take all necessary steps to ensure your personal information is always processed securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure. While we consider the sensitivity of the personal information we collect, process and store and use our best efforts to protect it, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to our Services; you bear all associated transmission risks.
We may retain your personal information to fulfil Services provided to you or to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements and relevant court orders. The retention period for your personal information depends on the Services we provide and your continued use of those Services, generally categorised as follows:
Game‑related backups, logs, chat records and other records containing your personal data — retained for a maximum of 14 days;
Any personal data we collect and store (e.g. personalised game progress, device information, etc.) — deleted upon your written request, or 7 years after your last use of the Services, whichever comes first;
Any personal data we collect and store (e.g. personalised game progress, device information, etc.) — deleted within six months after the end‑of‑service of a specific game;
Device screen recordings associated with esports tournaments — deleted within seven days after tournament completion. If cheating is identified, recordings of cheating participants will be retained for six months following tournament completion.
In all other cases, data is retained for as long as required to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, including delivering Services to you or complying with legal, accounting or reporting obligations.

Consent: We or our service providers / partners may seek your consent to process your information, with explanations provided at the point consent is requested.

Legal obligation: We process your data when subject to a legal obligation, such as responding to legal proceedings or mandatory government requests.

You hold the following rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you: (a) To access, correct or request deletion of your personal information; (b) To object to processing of your personal information based on legitimate interests, to request restriction of processing of your personal information, or to request data portability (asking us to provide your data for transfer to another data controller); (c) To opt out of personalised offers or personalised gaming experiences based on your in‑game activity and other information, and to object to use of your personal information for direct‑marketing and analytical purposes; (d) Where we process your personal information based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing activities completed prior to withdrawal, nor processing carried out under legal bases other than consent; (e) You have the right to file a complaint with a data‑protection authority concerning our collection and use of your personal information.
