Privacy Policy

Your personal information security is of utmost importance to us. This privacy policy aims to help you understand what information we and our third-party partners collect, why we collect this information, how we process it, and your rights when you register, use, or access any One Dev Future Teams games, applications, websites, or any other digital content (the “Services”).

We do not intentionally collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13, nor do we send or target interest-based advertising to them. If you believe we may have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us, and we will delete that information as soon as possible.

Advertising and Marketing

Please note that we display third-party ads in our games and promote our services through third parties. We would like to provide you with more detailed information about how we use information for in-game and other third-party platform advertising.

When you view ads on One Dev Future Teams properties (ads):

To enable us to display in-game ads (including surveys), we may send your advertising ID, IP address, data from cookies and other similar technologies, and other similar information to advertisers (or ad networks) so they can find suitable ads for our games and third-party platforms. You can control and limit our use of your advertising ID in your device settings. You can control and limit the use of cookies and similar technologies; for more details, please refer to our Cookie Policy. One Dev Future Teams cannot control which specific ads are displayed in our games (this is controlled by ad networks), but we blacklist certain categories of ads.

Ad networks use advertising IDs, cookies, and similar technologies for various purposes, such as:

Limiting the number of times you see the same ad.

Ensuring they are dealing with humans/real devices, not automated bots.

Providing you with ads that may be relevant to you.

Other brands buy advertising space through ad networks or ad exchanges to promote their products in One Dev Future Teams games. Ad networks or ad exchanges act as intermediaries between other game companies and One Dev Future Teams. To charge companies that purchase ads, ad impressions and potential installs of other developers' applications are tracked. Ad views, clicks, installs, and similar events are measured using advertising IDs, cookies, and similar technologies. Advertisers typically use IP addresses to get a rough idea of your approximate geographic area, such as country, state, and sometimes even city-level.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information held by us:

(a) Access, correction, or request deletion of your personal information;

(b) Object to the processing of your personal information (processed based on legitimate interests), request us to restrict the processing of your personal information, or request the portability of your personal information (request us to provide your data to you so you can transfer it to another data controller);

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the legality of any processing we conducted before your withdrawal or our processing of your personal information based on legal grounds other than consent;

(e) You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority regarding our collection and use of your personal information. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority (e.g., the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate).
